  • I have not received my confirmation e-mail.
    Please check that the e-mail address entered is correct. Once confirmed, please check our junk mail. If your confirmation e-mail has not been received within 4 hours, please Contact Us with the full name used to place your order.
  • I received damaged products.
    If any items in an order have been receivied in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us witin 7 days of receiving your order. Please send your order number and clear photos of damaged item(s) along with your pack slip using the CONTACT US section. Please be sure to contact us using the e-mail address associated with your order. Please note: we cannot consider cases reported after 7 days of the receipt of your item(s). Please do not discard the damaged item(s), as you may need to return them to be eligible for a refund.
  • I received incorrect items.
    Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Cases reported after this time frame may not be eligible for review.
  • My Coupon Code is not working at checkout.
    Coupon Codes may not be valid on certain products, such as products that are already discounted as part of a sale or promotion. This includes Gift Sets and Value Sets. Please check that your Coupon Code has been entered correctly. Once confirmed that the correct code is not working, please send us a screenshot of the error you have received and the details of your code (name, promotion associated with code), so that we may further investigate and resolve this matter.
